At Rust Regal, we provide a service of customization. The price you pay includes the sourcing fee for the specific item you order.

As all sales are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Every sale is final. For expedited shipping queries, kindly contact us at info@rustregal.com.

By accepting these terms & conditions and placing an order, you enter a binding agreement with us. Once we have processed your order, we will send an email notification with your tracking information. Please note that we reserve the right to not confirm your order if we cannot verify your information, or if the item’s stock level was incorrect at the time of your order.

Please note that any customs, taxes, and duties are not the responsibility of Rust Regal. If you decline to receive your package, you will bear any additional charges for shipping, taxes, duties, and/or customs incurred for the return shipment. As many of our items are vintage, some pieces may exhibit varying degrees of wear and distress.

Rust Regal is not accountable for lost shipments and stolen packages. All claims for such instances must be made by the customer directly to the appropriate carrier. Similarly, Rust Regal is not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply, nor for any consequent delays that may occur due to these factors.
